LNMU Provisional & Migration Certificate Guide: Apply Online Easily

Fee Details (Online & Offline)
Provisional Certificate: The online application fee is less ₹100 (Negligible), applying offline may cost Same as Online.
Migration Certificate: The online fee is ₹100 + Convinience Fee, whereas the offline process usually costs about ₹120.

Step-by-Step Process to Apply Online
- Visit the LNMU portal and click "Online Portal For Certificate".
- Register or log in if already registered.
- Fill in all details correctly using your marksheet and admit card. Provide a valid email for verification.
- Check email and reset your password after registration confirmation.
- Login and access the certificate application section.
- Select the type of certificate and complete the form.
- Read instructions carefully by clicking "View Instruction".
- Enter all details correctly, including LNMU Registration/Year (e.g., 1234566789/2025).
- Submit the application and download the acknowledgment slip.
- Upload required documents: Admit Card, Registration Card, Marksheet, and Signature. Ensure all uploads are complete.
- Preview your form, verify details, and save.
- If needed, click EDIT FORM for corrections; otherwise, click FINAL SUBMIT.
- Complete the payment under the ACTION tab.
- Once paid, wait for the download link to activate in your profile.
- Download your certificate from the Action tab.

Process to Apply Offline
If you prefer to apply in person, here are the steps to follow at the university office. Remember: This process is for Provisional & Migration Certificate only.
- Visit first hour(10-11 AM) the university campus or university nearby cyber cafe and collect form costs 5/- rupees only.
- Fill all detail correctly attach your required document for different certificate.
- Approve your application from the authorised person at counter.
- Submit your application there or visit the PNB Bank in university campus and pay the fees and collect receipt/challan.
- After your form directly go to the university department by there staff member or you can request officials to give form back and you personally go and submit.(Recommended: Not collect your form personally, there officilas will handle it)
- After submission form at bank, come back to university campus it may take 3-4hrs to create certificate (Provisional/Migration).
- Keep your bank challan with you at the time of certificate distribution the officials will demand your challan to verify certificate holder.
Note: The offline process is more difficult — you have to visit the university, move from one counter to another, and face heavy rush at times.
