Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU), Darbhanga has officially announced the online registration process for Undergraduate (UG) 1st Semester students for the Session 2025–29 under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). 

All students enrolled in affiliated and constituent colleges of LNMU in Arts, Science, and Commerce streams are required to complete their registration through the official university website.

✅ Quick checklist before you start (must do) 

1. Use a desktop or laptop if possible — registration and payment work more reliably on PC. 
2. If using mobile, use Chrome or Firefox and enable desktop site mode. 
3. Keep documents ready (scanned copies and photos) and a printed copy of the filled form for submission to college. Strong internet connection — use Wi-Fi or a stable mobile data network.

How to Complete Registration

1. Visit the official LNMU website - www.lnmu.ac.in 
2. Click on Online Portal (UG) Link - https://lnmuniversity.com/LNMU_ERP/Home.aspx
3. Under Graduate Registration Form for Session-(2025-29). 
4. Login with your application id and mobile number.
5. Fill all the required detail correctly.
6. Pay the registration fee of ₹600 online. 
7. Submit and download your registration confirmation slip. 
8. Submit a printed copy of your registration form to your college by 05 December 2025.

Important Instructions for Students

Students must choose their Major subject (Hons.) carefully while filling the registration form.

Once submitted, no change in subject or stream will be allowed.

The registration process is mandatory for all newly admitted students.

Those who fail to complete registration within the given dates will not be allowed to appear in the upcoming semester examination.

Subject Combination Guidelines

Students should fill the Common Application Form (CAF) correctly including:

      1. Minor / Multidisciplinary / Interdisciplinary Subject

      2. MIL (Modern Indian Language) 

      3. SEC (Skill Enhancement Course) 

      4. VAC (Value Added Course) 

College principals are instructed to verify and confirm all registered students’ forms carefully before final submission.
